Megamet is the leading importer and distributor for timber in India. We have expanded to the Middle East since 2021. We have 12 warehouses in total spanning 500,000 sq ft located across Mumbai, Chennai , Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Jebel Ali and Dammam. We import approx 200000 cubes yearly from Central Europe , Scandinavia and the Americas.

Megamet has grown organically and exponentially due to their exclusive partnerships with the sawmills in the West. We have changed the mind set of the Indian customer by not only increasing the awareness of KD sawn timber but also by increasing the market size for it.Our just in time stock strategy has been a game changer and they established this by understanding consumer needs. Today, we are the timber supermarket of the country and stock close to 40000 cubes. Megamet was established in 2007 and has its headquarters in Nariman Point, Mumbai. We continue to grow at a fast pace and are pioneers in putting India on the timber map.

Megamet Holz is the Middle East arm of Megamet and wholly owned and operated by the founders of Megamet. We service the region by supplying construction and packaging timber with region specific standards directly to end use customers.
